Bill practices law in Colorado Springs, Colorado, specializing in estate planning, non-profit organizations and business law with the law firm of Moritz & Associates, Inc. and is a principal in M & A Administration Services which provides administrative services for trusts, foundations and charitable organizations. He also established the New Horizons Foundation, a community foundation in Colorado Springs, and serves as its Executive Director and Joy To The World Foundation and serves as its President. Bill is a member of the Colorado Springs Estate Planning Council, The National Committee on Planned Giving and the Colorado Committee on Planned Giving.
